The World Luxury Hotel Awards is an international awards giving body and accounts for all categories in the luxury hotel industry, including lodges and resorts. It takes into account a number of different factors, such as facilities & service excellence, exceptional food, attention to detail, beautiful scenic environment, effective management, all of which are part and parcel of being a legendary hotel. As such, nominees, finalists, and award winners set the benchmark for other luxury hotels in achieving recognition for their world class facilities and service excellence.
It is the Altamont Court Hotel's second time to receive such a nomination, and is testament to the hotel's significant growth over the years.
